Many factors can effect the rental for any particular property.
Location always springs to mind, but a collection of factors need to be taken into consideration in establishing the appropriate rental. These will include:
- The location
- Home condition and features e.g. dishwasher, office, sleepout
- Number of bedrooms
- Off street parking and garage or other sheds
- Proximity to schools and parks
We monitor the current residential rentals in your area and we advice you when a change of rental is appropriate. The property owner will always be consulted on rental.
