Mangement Authority
The ‘Management Authority’ is the agreement between the property owner and Housing People Ltd.
A signed management authority is required for each property.
The Management Authority contains the conditions under which the property owner contracts Housing People Ltd to manage the individual property on their behalf and sets out the maximum fees and costs that can be deducted.
The Management Authority will also detail when the property is available to let and for how long if it is going to be fixed term tenancy.
