Inspections
Property inspections can be one of the most difficult areas for owners. Housing People does it all for you so you never have to worry about property inspections again.
We carry out a regular inspection of each property every four months and a written report is provided back to the property owner. Tenants receive a written report if there are areas of concern and a back up visit made if required.
We inspect all homes prior to new tenants moving in and keep digital photo records of the property.
