Rental Property Documentation
We take care of all official documentation regarding your rental properties and tenants. These include:
- The Tenancy Agreement
- Property condition report
- Bond Lodgement Form
- Direct deposit/automatic payment authority for tenants
Having found you the best tenant we complete the Tenancy Agreement including signing off the property condition report with the new tenant. We collect the first rental payment in person and collect and file the bond with Tenancy Services of the New Zealand Department of Housing.
A bond may legally be up to four weeks of rent. We set up the tenant with a direct deposit of their rental to HPL bank account.
