Housing People Ltd has a standard Conditions of Tenancy document. This has proven to be suitable for most property owners.
Our standard conditions cover such areas as payment of rent, smoking rules, prior approval for home based businesses, rules on building alterations, maximum number of tenants, damage notification and general property upkeep.
Individual property owners may have their own set of conditions or we can make variations to these ’standard’ conditions to suit a particular property.
